Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales team as a Partner Sales Associate based at our Head Office, Tullamarine, Victoria.

Join the Europcar team as a Partner Sales Associate and play a key role in driving growth across our Leisure, Partnerships, and Sponsorship portfolios. This role is ideal for an energetic, early-career sales professional who thrives on building relationships, managing activations, and delivering measurable commercial results within a supportive, high-performance culture.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Act as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners in the portfolio, delivering high-touch customer service to drive partner satisfaction and retention
- Working across the Leisure, Partnerships and Sponsorships account base
- Work with internal departments to deliver the Europcar product across sponsorship activations and deliverables.
- Attend trade shows, sales functions, and industry meetings to showcase the Europcar brand, execute appointments, and build relationships with new partners and consolidate existing partnerships including some interstate travel
- Review and understand proposed pricing and product offering
- Develop and implement promotional initiatives to existing partners
- Support the end-to-end administration of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations, branding assets, signage, and digital deliverables are tracked and fulfilled accurately
Business Analysis – Understand customer behaviour and tailor offering to maximise revenue for Europcar products and services

To be considered, you should possess:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working within a sales environment
- Travel and/or Car Rental experience is favourable
- Demonstrated sales track record
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience in a competitive business to business environment
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective long term customer relationships




- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment..
A full and current Australian driver’s licence
