Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Bondi

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Bondi. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What you will do

Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Coach each client one-to-one. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Follow our coaching and admin systems.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Hours you need to be free





You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
