Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Alexandria

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Alexandria. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What you will do

Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.

Support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Availability needed

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
