Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Smithfield

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Smithfield. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:





- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
