Snap Fitness Concord West Rhodes | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Rhodes. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Day to day

Take part in mentoring and team workshops.



Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
