We’re looking for someone to help plan, film and edit short-form videos for social media. The role focuses on creating fun, personality-driven content that draws on current trends and original ideas to help achieve business goals.

You'll work both in front of and behind the camera, appearing in videos, filming content and helping direct others who have less experience on camera. You'll also work as part of a team to develop ideas and plan content.

This is a flexible casual position particularly suited to university students. Professional experience isn't necessary, but you should have experience creating content for your own social media accounts and be able to demonstrate your skills.

Requirements:

- Experience creating content for social media
- Proficient editing videos using CapCut
- Confident using an iPhone
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking directly to viewers
- Familiarity with current TikTok trends and popular video formats
- Ability to contribute creative ideas and work as part of a team




- Confident working with and directing others during filming

Desirable (but not required):

- Robust interest in fashion, beauty or lifestyle content on social media
- Experience creating videos featuring other people
- Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools

Additional Opportunity

We're also looking to fill a separate, smaller casual position focused on influencer outreach. This is primarily an administrative role involving contacting influencers, negotiating promotional arrangements and coordinating communications. There may be opportunities to transition into the main content creation role.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
