Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Keilor East. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
Your responsibilities
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Pay and super
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission.
The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
