Be part of a team that makes a real difference in people's lives! As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring essential health products are picked, packed, and delivered safely and on time to the customers who need them most.

From receiving and dispatching stock to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality, your contribution will help keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.

What you will do:

- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack customer orders against order slipsheets.
- Stock Receiving: Check incoming goods against purchase orders and record stock accurately into our warehouse system.
- Dispatch & Couriers: Prepare shipping labels and dispatch documentation for regular and urgent courier deliveries.
- Returns & Inventory:



Handle product returns according to company policy and participate in regular spot checks and stocktakes.
- Team Operations: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable workplace.

About you

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, team player who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in getting orders right the first time.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience: Previous experience in pick-packing, dispatch, or general warehousing is preferred, but not essential—great attitude matters most!
- System Knowledge: Basic computer skills with exposure to standard Warehouse Management Systems or stock inventory databases.
- Core Skills: High attention to detail, strong order accuracy, clear communication skills, and practical problem-solving ability.
- Tickets & Licenses: High-reach or standard Forklift License is a strong bonus (though no tickets are required to apply).

Shift Availability: Full availability for your choice of fixed roster:

- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Optional overtime available during peak periods.
