Disability Support Worker – Ballarat VIC (Female Preferred)
Shift: Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 hours per week)
About the Role
Assigned Guardian Angel (AGA) is seeking a reliable, compassionate and motivated Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to an NDIS participant in Ballarat, VIC.
We are looking for a female support worker (preferred) who is proactive, organised and comfortable assisting with household tasks and light gardening.
Key Responsibilities
- Domestic assistance, including general household cleaning and tidying
- Laundry and other household duties
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light gardening and outdoor maintenance
- Supporting the participant to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home
- Encouraging independence with daily living activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Positive communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Relevant disability or community services qualifications (desirable)
