Gemini Wine Bar is looking for a junior team member for 3–4 shifts each week, mostly at night. This is a true beginner role, supporting our kitchen and bar team so service runs smoothly. We're a community-focused wine bar and restaurant, also open during the day for coffee, pastries and take-home pantry supplies, and we're a friendly team focused on delivering high-quality experiences.

158 Sydney Road, Coburg, right near The Avenue tram stop and an 8-minute walk from Moreland train station.

What is the role?

- Behind-the-scenes support during busy services, mostly at night but sometimes on weekend afternoons
- Washing dishes in our small, busy kitchen during peak hours
- Washing glassware and supporting the bar team
- Keeping fridges stocked
- General cleaning and support for the team
- Over time,



learning more duties such as clearing and setting tables and organising inventory
