We're looking for a practical, capable WHS all-rounder to join us on a flexible part-time contractor basis.

BOLCO is a specialist workplace health and safety, risk management and investigation consultancy. We work with businesses across a range of industries, providing practical, no-nonsense WHS support that helps clients meet their obligations, manage risk and improve safety outcomes. No two weeks are the same and you'll get exposure to a broad range of projects and clients.

This role can be performed from your home or from our office in Upper Mount Gravatt. You'll need your own ABN, laptop, screens, phone and be proficient working with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

What you'll be doing

You'll support a range of WHS activities, including:

- Board and management reporting
- WHS management plans
- Induction packages
- Risk registers
- Procedures, SOPs and SWMS reviews
- Compliance documentation
- Supporting client projects across various industries
- General WHS administration and coordination

About you

You're someone who can work independently, manage your own workload and deliver quality work without being micromanaged. We'll provide clear direction and support, but we're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys getting on with the job and does it well.

Ideally, you'll have WHS experience in an operational, consulting or field-based environment,



but we're also open to someone with strong administration, compliance or governance skills who is keen to develop further.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

- Workers' compensation factual investigations
- Developing WHS systems and documentation

Pay: $45.00 – $85.00 per hour
