Salary: $180,000 – $240,000

We’re looking for a National Maintenance Manager to join our senior leadership team and help shape the future of TR Group Australia.This is more than a maintenance role. You’ll be responsible for our largest controllable cost while leading a national team, driving fleet performance, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting long-term business growth.About the TeamTR Group specialise in heavy commercial vehicles, with a goal to be the best in the world at what we do. Since 1992 we have put huge emphasis on our culture and the team which helps to create and drive an environment where we can learn, grow and constantly challenge ourselves.What You’ll Be DoingLead, coach, and grow a high-performing national Maintenance teamOwn and manage national maintenance budgets in partnership with the General Manager AUDrive fleet reliability, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiencyBuild scalable systems, processes, and maintenance strategies to support growthManage supplier performance, commercial outcomes, warranties, recalls,
