Motor Mechanic (Full-time) Employer: GV Automotive Services Pty Ltd Location: Shepparton VIC 3630 Employment type: Full-time, permanent (38 hours per week) Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation About the role GV Automotive Services Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team in Shepparton. You will diagnose, repair and maintain a range of vehicles, delivering quality workmanship and professional service to our customers. Duties and responsibilities Diagnose and detect faults in engines, mechanical components and vehicle systems using computerised diagnostic equipment and other electronic tools Test, adjust and tune repaired components to ensure performance and reliability Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance as per repair orders, including replacing worn or defective parts Perform scheduled servicing, including oil changes, lubrication, engine tune-ups and general servicing Dismantle, remove and reassemble engines, transmissions,



steering systems and other mechanical components Inspect vehicles and identify the repairs required Provide professional and courteous service to customers and suppliers Maintain accurate records of repairs, services and parts used Skills, qualifications and experience AQF Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (or equivalent or higher trade qualification) Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic (ANZSCO 321211) in the automotive industry Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work full-time (38 hours per week), with some flexibility for additional hours as required by business needs Current Victorian driver’s licence How to apply Please include a current resume and supporting documents with your application.
