Experienced Telefundraisers: Remote Casual, $34.96/hr + Gift Bonuses

CallCrew is an Australian call centre raising money for charities. We need experienced phone fundraisers who can hit the ground running from day one.

You've done phone or face-to-face fundraising, call centre sales or similar. You know how to build rapport fast, work down an ask ladder and handle "I can't afford it" without folding. You're comfortable asking for $300 and you close.

What you'll do

- Call supporters for a children's charity from home, using our browser-based dialler

- Talk about the impact of a gift and ask confidently

- Take donations securely over the phone

What you'll need

- Your own USB headset with a noise-cancelling mic

- A quiet home workspace

- A laptop or desktop with Chrome and reliable internet

What you get

- $34.96/hr casual (award rate) plus super

- A cash bonus for every gift you close

- Flexible weekday shifts, minimum 3 hours

Flexible schedule: 15 to 30 hours per week.

How to apply

Send a few lines about your fundraising or sales experience and your best result. If it fits, I'll call you for a 15-minute role-play where you pitch me. Pass that and you'll do a paid 3-hour trial shift on real calls. Do well and there are ongoing shifts.
