Reporting to a Depot Manager or Area Manager, the Senior Team Member’s objective is to support the managers to ensure a depot achieves success through exceptional customer experience, people management, organised and timely operations, and OH&S; standards. The position will also act as a ‘brand ambassador’ for Return-It where you will build meaningful local relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and Team Members resulting in positive actions and continued growth. You will be passionate about recycling, reusing, and repurposing; demonstrating this through your ability to collaborate with depot staff to create a shared vision of a ‘wasteless society’.
