Station Halal Meat is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at our butcher shop in Lalor.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, works well in a team and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled assistance.
- Take customer orders and assist with product selections.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Pack and prepare customer orders.
- Restock products and maintain attractive displays.
- Keep the shop clean, organised and presentable.
- Assist the team with daily store operations.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, positive and customer focused attitude.
- Reliability,



punctuality and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment.
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not essential.
