We are passionate about celebrating Polynesian culture through our products and providing our customers with a welcoming, friendly and personalised shopping experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team!

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in retail, connecting with customers and being part of a small, friendly business.

We’re particularly interested in finding someone who can also bring creativity to the role, with social media experience highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing friendly, professional customer service.
* Assisting customers with product enquiries, purchases and styling suggestions.
* Operating the register and processing transactions.
* Receiving, unpacking and organising stock.
* Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store.
* Assisting with merchandising and product displays.
* Supporting our social media presence, including creating content, taking product photos and assisting with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok where required.
* Helping with general day-to-day store operations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, motivated and takes pride in their work.

Ideally, you will have:

* Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A friendly, positive and proactive attitude.




* Confidence working independently and as part of a small team.
* Reliability, punctuality and flexibility with casual shifts.
* An interest in fashion, clothing and accessories.
* An appreciation for Polynesian culture and a willingness to learn about our products.

Bonus points if you have:

* Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms.
* Basic photography, video editing or Canva skills.
* A creative eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.

Social media experience is highly desirable but not essential. We value a great attitude and willingness to learn!
