We are currently seeking 2-3 days /week Medical Receptionist to join our Allergy Doctors clinic in Abbotsford.

Allergy Doctors Clinic is specialised in allergy diagnosis and management. Working directly with our doctors and patients, you are required to have efficient management of all aspects of the practice including, reception, appointments, bookings, billing correspondence and day to day maintenance of the account.

Requirements:

Professional & personable telephone manner
Exceptional customer service skills
Advanced computer skills – knowledge of Best Practice an advantage
Experience working in a medical practice
Demonstrated initiative, time-management & flexibility
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Robust written & verbal communication skills
High standard of presentation
