Job Summary:

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of Old School Pizza and Stonegrill, providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set throughout service
- Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and specials




- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Work as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a must
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
