About the Chance

Pathfinders & Providers is seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced female Disability Support Workers to join our subcontractor relief pool across Australia.

We are currently recruiting female support workers to meet the specific support preferences and personal care requirements of participants, where a female worker is genuinely required.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced support workers seeking flexible subcontracting opportunities. Successful applicants will join our network of independent support workers and may be contacted when suitable shifts become available.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support participants with mobility, community access and independence.
- Assist participants with mental health and wellbeing.
- Follow individual support plans and participant goals.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and support documentation.
- Deliver respectful, person-centred disability support.

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Reliable, roadworthy and appropriately insured vehicle.




- Current National Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check.
- Infection Control Certificate.
- Active Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia.
- Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
