From helping with everyday tasks, attending appointments, enjoying community activities to fishing trips and sailing adventures, our Support Workers help make these experiences possible for the people we support.

We have multiple positions available, plenty of hours on offer, and opportunities to get started immediately.

What does the role involve?

No two days need to look the same! You could be spending the morning out fishing, helping someone prepare a meal or providing a hand with everyday tasks at home.

Our supports include:

- Community access: Getting out and about in the community.
- Cooking and meal preparation: Building skills and confidence in the kitchen.
- Everyday living skills: Supporting budget planning, basic computer skills and daily routines.
- Domestic assistance: Helping maintain a comfortable home environment.
- Personal care: Providing respectful assistance with personal needs.
- Companionship: Sharing conversations, building connections and enjoying time together.
- Transport and appointments: Helping participants get where they need to go.
- Recreational activities: Fishing, sailing, golf, walking, hiking and exploring the local community.
- Arts and crafts: Getting creative and enjoying hobbies.

Pay rates will be based on your experience, qualifications and relevant skills.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for friendly, reliable people who enjoy working with others and want to make a positive difference. Being someone participants can count on is significant, along with a caring approach, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Whether you're an experienced Support Worker or bring transferable skills and a genuine interest in the disability support sector, we'd love to hear from you, provided you meet the requirements of the role.
