Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Berala

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Berala. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability,



not guaranteed paid hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Day to day

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
