Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll lead services, drive floor standards and take full ownership of shifts in the Venue Manager's absence. This is a genuine leadership role for someone who leads from the floor, communicates clearly and thrives in a busy, service-focused environment.
What you'll do
- Lead lunch and dinner service with confidence and energy.
- Coach and support the floor team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage shift operations including sections, service flow, opens and closes.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing requirements and company standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless service.

- Has experience in a high end dining supervisory role.
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to make decisions.
- Brings neighbourhood charm, warmth, professionalism and high service standards.
