NSW. Queesland, WA and SA. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our WA office.

Position Overview

Freightmore Transport Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our

growing business. The successful applicant will play a key role in expanding our customer base,

developing new business opportunities, generating B2B and fleet sales, and identifying regional

markets where the company can extend its reach through current sales locations, dealerships,

partnerships or other commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and support overallbusiness growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across metropolitan, regional and rural areas.
- Travel to regional and rural communities to meet customers, identify market opportunities and develop new business.
- Research local markets and assess customer demand, competition, transport activity and potential sales opportunities to determine where the business could establish a stronger presence.
- Develop strategies to extend the companys geographical reach and increase sales in underserved regional markets.
- Identify potential local business partners, agents, dealers or commercial sites that could support expansion into new areas.
- Build relationships with potential customers and businesses before and during the establishment of new regional locations.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings and industry functions.





Freightmore Transport Group – Sales Manager Job Description

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Develop opportunities for repeat and bulk sales, fleet replacement programs and long-term supply relationships.

Skills & Experience

- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field OR At least 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven experience in sales, business development or sales management, preferably within the transport, heavy vehicle, trailer, automotive, manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet prospective customers personally and develop long-term commercial relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new markets and business expansion opportunities, particularly in regional and rural areas.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to assess regional markets and present viable expansion opportunities to management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to maintain customer and sales records.
- Current drivers licence.
