We are a marketing consultancy for the property industry who treat our client’s business like it’s our own. As Account Manager, you’ll support all aspects of campaign account management for our commercial property clients and play an important role in driving marketing initiatives alongside our incredible team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with established media and client management experience who’s ready to lead campaigns and build trusted relationships with clients and publishers.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage daily client communication alongside the customer support team
- Assist with campaign coordination, including media bookings, artwork trafficking, pagination checks and dispatch
- Work closely with the team to manage workflow and ensure tasks are delivered accurately and on time
- Prepare briefs for digital campaigns and help pull together performance results to share with clients
- Maintain working knowledge of CampaignXpress and log/triage client requests
- Answer client support tickets via our email communication tool, Zendesk
- Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot minor campaign or supplier issues and escalate where needed
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and supporting team efficiency





Our ideal person:

- Has 2+ years’ experience in media, marketing or agency account management
- Is a clear, confident communicator and comfortable working with clients
- Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple deadlines at once
- Is organised, commercially aware and eager to learn
- Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting team culture
