- Experience integrating Appian with enterprise applications such as CRM, ECM, Core Banking, Identity Management, Data Platforms, and cloud-based services.

- Strong business analysis and solution design skills, including requirements elicitation, process modelling, stakeholder workshops, and solution documentation.

- Ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, operational efficiency, and improved customer experience through Appian solutions.

- Strong understanding of enterprise data management, governance, security, and compliance requirements.

- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and operational teams.

- Demonstrated leadership in guiding analysts and developers through solution design, estimation, implementation, and production support activities.

- Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to balance business outcomes, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Appian Certified Analyst, Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or Architect certifications are highly desirable.
