We are looking for an ambitious, growth-minded B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team, own our brand narrative, and lead our highly anticipated expansion into the mid-market segment.

As our Marketing Specialist, you will wear both strategic and execution hats. While you'll continue to support our tier-1 enterprise brand and co-marketing channels, your core mission will be to design, launch, and scale our mid-market go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

You will take our national-scale enterprise credentials and package them into high-velocity, high-value propositions that allow mid-market organisations to rapidly adopt and benefit from Agentic AI.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) ?

Launch the Mid-Market GTM: Own the playbook for our mid-market expansion. Define target audiences, build specific buyer personas, and craft highly converting inbound/outbound campaigns.

Drive B2B Demand Gen: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (Account-Based Marketing, LinkedIn, email nurturing, and content programs) to build a consistent pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Co-Market with Tech Giants: Collaborate closely with ecosystem partners Google Cloud (Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience) and Salesforce (Agentforce) on joint GTM collateral, field enablement, and premier event activations (like Google Cloud Summit).

Build Proof-Led Content:



Translate complex engineering architectures and successful deployments into compelling case studies, ROI calculators, web copy, and executive thought leadership.

Analyse & Optimise: Track and evaluate end-to-end campaign metrics, reporting insights directly to senior leadership to constantly optimise our marketing engine.

Who You Are (Skills & Experience) ?

B2B Tech Marketer: You have a proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, cloud consulting, or enterprise digital services.

Growth & Expansion Mindset: You have experience or a strong passion for taking enterprise-grade tech and tailoring it for rapid adoption in the mid-market commercial sector.

AI & Tech Enthusiast: You possess a strong conceptual understanding of Agentic AI, workflow automation, and modern customer experience (CX) systems.

Master Storyteller: You have world-class copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to turn deep technical details into clear, value-driven business copy.

Independent Executor: You thrive in an autonomous environment, taking campaigns from initial market research and strategic planning all the way to execution and analysis.

Qualified: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (aligned with ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
