Supporting: Feily Co. (Artisanal Fragrance Brand) & Vubble Creative (Brand & Design Studio)

About the Role

Feily Co. is an artisanal fragrance brand built on intentional creative direction, and we're looking for a Creative Assistant to support our founder across brand building, marketing, and event activations in Melbourne.

This is a hands-on, learning-first role suited to a creative who wants real portfolio-building experience across marketing, design, and retail, and is ready to jump into live projects from day one. You'll be working closely with Sachi (Brand Manager, Designer, and Creative Strategist) and receiving mentorship from Eva Ly, Game Producer, on portfolio development and career direction.

What You Can Be Working On (You Can Choose!)

Marketing & Brand

Assisting in the creation of marketing materials for Feily Co./Animaga etc, etc., social assets, campaign graphics, product visuals, and copy

Supporting basic marketing tasks, including learning how to write a marketing plan, set up and run paid ads (Meta/Instagram), and assist in managing marketing campaigns

Managing and organising brand assets across platforms (Drive, Canva, Figma)

Video & Graphic Design

Video editing for social media content and product storytelling

Graphic design for digital and print marketing collateral

Maintaining visual consistency with Feily Co.'s brand identity

Retail & Event Experience





Assisting at artist alleys, markets, and retail pop-ups around Melbourne as a Retail Assistant

Supporting retail experience design: contributing to how the brand shows up in physical spaces

Ad hoc event support, including pack-down, customer engagement, and booth setup

Ad Hoc & Brand Asset Management

Providing general creative assistance to Sachi across both Feily Co. and Vubble Creative

Managing brand assets for events, including sourcing, organising, and preparing files for production

What We're Looking For A creative student or early-career professional studying or interested in design, marketing, media, or a related field

Basic proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools (or genuine willingness to learn fast)

Interest in fragrance, artisan brands, retail, or event culture is a big plus

Someone who is proactive, reliable, and communicates clearly

Melbourne-based or able to travel to Melbourne for in-person activations
