We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers with a background in civil infrastructure and utilities for potential upcoming project opportunities on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

About the Role
Depending on your experience, you will support the coordination and delivery of civil construction activities, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders to achieve project objectives across safety, quality, program and productivity.
Responsibilities may include
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and engineering deliverables.
- Support construction planning, programming and progress reporting.
- Manage coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Monitor quality assurance, safety and environmental compliance.
- Assist with procurement, cost tracking and scheduling while resolving technical issues to support project delivery
About You We are interested in hearing from motivated engineering professionals who have:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience delivering utilities or civil infrastructure projects.
- Robust communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and construction delivery.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
Experience requirements:
- Site Engineers: 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Project Engineers: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in underground utilities and pipeline construction is advantageous, with micro tunnelling experience highly desirable. Candidates must hold a current White Card, valid driver’s licence and Australian work rights, and be willing to travel between sites as required.
