Kilmac Civil is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse range of civil construction projects from planning through to completion, working alongside experienced engineers, supervisors and clients to deliver high quality infrastructure outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate and manage civil construction projects from commencement through to completion.

· Review engineering drawings, specifications and contract documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.

· Coordinate project resources, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve construction milestones.

· Monitor project progress, budgets and schedules, identifying and resolving engineering and construction issues.

· Liaise with clients, consultants and site personnel to ensure effective project delivery.





· Ensure construction activities comply with relevant Australian Standards, quality requirements and workplace health and safety legislation.

· Prepare project reports, progress claims and technical documentation.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

· A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

· Demonstrated experience managing civil construction projects.

· Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, engineering principles and contract administration.

· Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills.

· The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.

Pay: $80,900.00 – $160,000.00 per year
