Snap Fitness Concord West Lewisham | Personal Trainer

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Lewisham. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.



Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What the role involves

- Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
