Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Karawara
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Karawara. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
When you need to be available
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Pay structure
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Qualifications
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.
By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Day to day
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
