We're looking for experienced bartenders to join the crew at Il Mercato Centrale. We're a lively Italian food and drinks venue looking for hospitality legends who take pride in their work, bring positive energy to the team and genuinely enjoy looking after guests.If you know your cocktails, have a great attitude and aren't afraid to get stuck in, we'd love to hear from you!

What's on offer:

-15–20 hours per week of consistent shifts for the right person

-potential late night/club shifts

The role:

-Preparing and serving classic cocktails, wines, beers and spirits

-Delivering consistent, well-presented drinks

-Providing friendly and attentive customer service

-Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar

-Completing daily bar prep,



opening and closing duties

-Monitoring stock levels and communicating ordering needs

Who we are looking for:

-Minimum 1 year of bartending experience

-Sound knowledge of classic cocktails is essential

-Reliable, punctual and organised

-Able to work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities

-A positive attitude and willingness to take feedback

-Strong communication and customer service skills
