Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Hammondville

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Hammondville. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

How we support you

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What the role involves

Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What you will need

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.



By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Availability needed

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
