Role purpose

The Content Creator builds a complete library of photo and video content for ASC's full product range — every water pump, pump station and water tank we sell. The role captures real installations at customer homes and sites, turns that footage into explicit product, installation and commissioning videos, and keeps our website, online store and social channels supplied with high-quality, on-brand content that helps customers choose, buy and install with confidence.

Key responsibilities

Product content (office / studio)

- Produce product videos for the entire pump range: features, operation, controls, sizing and comparisons

- Shoot product photography for the website and online store (white-background, lifestyle and detail shots)

- Create short explainer and how-to videos covering setup, maintenance and troubleshooting

Onsite installation content

- Film and photograph pump installations at customer homes across Melbourne

- Document pump station installation and commissioning from site prep to handover





- Capture water tank installations, including site preparation, placement, plumbing and finished result

- Plan shoots with installation crews so filming does not slow down the job

- Obtain customer consent and signed releases before filming at their property

Editing and post-production

- Edit raw footage into polished long-form videos (YouTube, website) and short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

- Add titles, captions/subtitles, graphics, voiceover and music in line with ASC branding

- Color-correct and retouch photos and video; export to the correct specs for each platform

Asset management

- Maintain an organized, searchable library of raw and finished content by product and job

- Look after company camera, audio, lighting and drone equipment

Pay: $53,400.00 – $80,000.00 per year
