Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Greenwich

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Greenwich. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Day to day

- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
