Experienced Cleaning Supervisor – Residential Cleaning

We're looking for an experienced, reliable and highly motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

About the role

This is a hands-on cleaning position suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and can confidently manage cleaning jobs without constant supervision.

You'll be responsible for:

- Completing high-quality residential cleaning services.
- Working independently and occasionally alongside other cleaners.
- Supervising and supporting team members when required.
- Ensuring our cleaning standards and checklists are consistently followed.
- Communicating professionally with clients and management.
- Completing occasional deep cleans and end-of-lease cleans.
- Travelling between client properties across the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore.
- Completing Airbnb and short-stay property turnovers, including guest-ready presentation, linen changes, restocking supplies and following detailed checklists.
- Managing time-sensitive turnovers between guest check-out and check-in.

What we're looking for

Essential requirements:

- Previous professional residential cleaning experience.




- Own reliable car and valid driver's licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Positive communication skills.
- Availability for 4–5 weekdays.
- Valid Australian working rights.

Travel and petrol

- $15 per working day petrol allowance.
- Travel time between jobs is not paid separately.
- We carefully group jobs geographically to minimise travel time wherever possible.
- Own reliable car and valid driver's licence essential.

Previous supervisory experience is highly regarded, although we're also interested in outstanding experienced cleaners ready to take the next step.
