The Membership Sales Consultant is responsible for driving membership growth by delivering an exceptional sales and customer service experience. This role focuses on converting enquiries into memberships, building lasting relationships with members, and contributing to the achievement of individual and club sales targets. The Membership Sales Consultant represents the PARC Fitness brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to helping members achieve their health and fitness goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MEMBERSHIP SALES

- Proactively generate and convert membership enquiries through tours, phone calls, email, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct engaging club tours tailored to prospective members' needs.
- Present membership options confidently and close sales to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Follow up member leads promptly using the club's CRM system.
- Maintain an organised sales process and ensure accurate recording of all customer interactions.

MEMBER EXPERIENCE

- Deliver outstanding customer service from the first point of contact through to membership commencement.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Assist with member onboarding and ensure new members feel welcomed and supported.
- Handle enquiries, concerns,



and membership requests professionally and efficiently.

ADMINISTRATION + CLUB OPERATIONS

- Maintain accurate membership records and documentation.
- Process memberships, direct debits, cancellations, suspensions, and transfers in accordance with club policies.
- Ensure all sales and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the reception and sales area.
- Maintain a clean, skilled, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Promote club programs, personal training, challenges, and special events.
- Participate in community and marketing initiatives to increase membership opportunities.

TEAM CONTRIBUTION

- Work collaboratively with the Membership Consultant 2 (2IC) and wider team to achieve club objectives.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
- Share ideas and contribute positively to the club culture.
- Support other departments when required to ensure an exceptional member experience.

Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
