. Welcoming guests and delivering high-quality, personalised customer service.

* Managing reservations, guest enquiries and professional communications.

* Coordinating effective check-in and check-out procedures.

* Supervising housekeeping activities and ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard.

* Maintaining consistent service, cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property.

* Managing the ordering and availability of daily consumables, supplies and operational stock.

* Coordinating routine maintenance, repairs and external contractors as required.

* Responding promptly and professionally to guest concerns, requests and service issues.

* Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and overall service quality.

Pay: $38.40 – $40.30 per hour
