Your main responsibility will be mixing and applying resin coatings to our anti-slip products, working at benches, on racks and on our automated production line.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and mixing resin products according to instructions.
- Applying coatings using rollers and assisting with the automated coating process.
- Checking coating coverage and finish to maintain product quality.
- Cleaning coating equipment and keeping your work area tidy.
- Following production instructions and safe work procedures.
- Assisting with general factory hand duties from time to time, as required and within your training and capabilities.
Safety and PPE
Wearing the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) while mixing and applying coatings is a mandatory requirement. This includes the protective clothing, gloves, eye protection, suitable respiratory protection and safety footwear specified for the task, with hearing protection and other PPE worn as required.
