Copper Bean Cafe in the Mandurah Forum is looking for an experienced barista to join our fast-paced, friendly team. This role is ideal for someone confident on the machine, great with customers, and able to stay organised under pressure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making consistently excellent coffee during busy rushes
- Running the coffee machine independently and confidently
- Managing multiple orders while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality
- Delivering warm, friendly customer service, even when it’s hectic
- Keeping your station clean and helping the café run smoothly during busy periods
What we’re looking for:
- Proven barista experience in a busy café
- Strong coffee skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication
- The ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage competing orders during peak times
- Leadership qualities and confidence training others
- Someone highly reliable and punctual, who takes pride in their work and supports the team
- Able to open and close the cafe
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
