About the Role

We’re looking for motivated and capable technicians to join our team on a Full-Time or Part time basis across our Sydney stores.

This role is more than just repairs. It’s for someone who wants to sharpen their technical skills, strengthen their sales ability, deliver exceptional customer service, and open the door to future career progression within a growing business.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in mobile phone repairs, accessories, or a similar role.
- Ability to repair and service a wide range of devices including iPhone, Samsung, and more.
- A sales-focused mindset with confidence in recommending accessories, repairs, and add-on solutions.
- A genuine passion for technology, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in delivering quality work.
- A positive, professional attitude and the drive to perform at a high standard.
- Someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth.
