We work across an established portfolio of commercial, education, healthcare and government clients, with select residential projects, delivering everything from smaller building and maintenance works through to significant multi-trade refurbishments, fitouts and remediation projects.

For an experienced Estimator, there is the opportunity to take ownership of larger, more complex scopes and multi-trade projects. For someone earlier in their estimating career, there is the opportunity to build experience across a strong pipeline of commercial works, supported by an experienced team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Working across a varied portfolio of projects, you'll take opportunities from site inspection and scoping through to quotation and operational handover.

You'll:

- Attend client sites to inspect, measure and scope works
- Develop explicit scopes, methodologies and quantified estimates
- Price labour, materials, plant and subcontractor requirements
- Consider sequencing, access, site constraints and practical delivery
- Interpret drawings, specifications and client briefs
- Prepare accurate and commercially sound quotations
- Work with clients, suppliers, Supervisors and our in-house trades

Depending on your experience and capability, your role could range from scoping,



quoting and project managing smaller commercial works through to taking greater ownership of complex multi-trade refurbishments, fitouts and remediation projects, including client liaison, methodology, estimating and working alongside Supervisors, skilled trades and subcontractors to support successful delivery.

ABOUT YOU

You'll have estimating and quoting experience within construction, refurbishment, fitout, commercial maintenance or building services, backed by a good practical understanding of how work is delivered.

You'll bring

- Estimating and site-scoping capability
- Practical knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
- The ability to develop detailed, quantified scopes of work
- Commercial understanding of in-house labour, materials, subcontractor costs and margin
- A methodical, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence managing your workload and priorities
- Robust communication skills with clients, suppliers and project teams

A trade qualification or hands-on construction background is highly regarded, particularly when combined with proven estimating experience.
