- Proven experience in managing complex corporate events, conferences and incentive programs.
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project management expertise, including budgets, timelines, suppliers and logistics.
- Initiative and accountability – someone who anticipates challenges, takes ownership and gets things done.




- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage clients, stakeholders and suppliers.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and can hit the ground running, bringing fresh ideas to the table
