Service is the product

Outstanding customer service is disappearing from most industries. Not here. Looking after the people who live in our homes, really looking after them, is the standard, and it's not negotiable.

The role

You'll be the first voice someone hears when they're looking for a room with us, and the person who finds them the right home.

- Answer every enquiry the same day, phone first
- Show our rooms at private viewings
- Sort through applicants and match the right person to the right home
- Run move-ins from yes to keys
- Write and refresh our room ads
- Get each room ready before a viewing, a quick tidy included

You'll be trained one on one by our Operations Manager, in a small team of three.



This is a hands-on role. Most days you'll be on the road between our homes in the company car, on your feet at viewings and up and down stairs.

This probably isn't for you if...

- You want a hard-sell sales job. This is customer service with a number on it.
- You leave messages sitting until tomorrow.
- You need someone checking up on you.

The package $100,000 - $125,000 + company car + super.

Full time, we are based out of Rozelle and predominantly the Inner West. Start ASAP.

Ideally you'll live within 30 minutes of Rozelle. This role is on the ground across the Inner West every day, so a long commute won't work, company car or not.
