What You’ll Own The Customer Journey

Keep customers happily informed from order confirmation to post-delivery follow-up. You’ll watch the pipeline daily, spot at-risk orders early, and make sure every message is timely, accurate and unmistakably King Living.

Escalations, Sorted

When something goes sideways, you’re first on the scene. Triage it, route it with clear context, and follow it all the way to “resolved.”

- Then spot the patterns and help fix the root cause so it doesn’t happen again.

The Bridge Between Teams

Work every day with teams from the warehouse floor to the showroom to keep delivery commitments realistic and on track.

Quality &

- Customer Insights

Dig into NPS, CSAT and customer feedback to find what’s working and what could be better. Run post-delivery quality checks, keep SOPs and templates sharp,



and help shape customer engagement across the order journey.

Who You Are

You’ve probably worked in customer success, logistics coordination or operational support, ideally somewhere with lots of moving parts and plenty of customer contact.

Above all, you’ve got empathy, follow-through and a knack for keeping things moving.

You’ll Bring

- 1-3 years in customer coordination, customer success, logistics coordination or a similar operational support role
- Clear, warm written and verbal communication, especially when conversations get sensitive
- Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-paced workplace
- Comfort with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and delivery tracking systems
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A customer-first heart: you care about great outcomes, not just closed tickets
- A proactive streak: you see problems coming and head them off
- Confidence in Microsoft 365 and a quick-learner attitude with new platforms
- Bonus points for last-mile delivery, logistics or supply chain experience (not essential)

You’ll split your time between our Design &

- Support Centre in Turrella and our state-of-the-art warehouse in Smithfield,



so regular travel between the two is part of the gig.
