The role

As a Program Facilitator, you’ll work with individuals who are exploring personal and professional development options.

You’ll follow an established framework to understand what they’re looking for, provide relevant information about the e-learning courses available, and support them through the decision process.

The role is structured, but your day-to-day workflow is self-directed.

What you’ll be doing

- Conduct scheduled one-to-one conversations
- Ask relevant questions and listen carefully to understand each person’s needs
- Explain program information clearly and accurately
- Follow the established process for documenting conversations and agreed follow-up




- Complete follow-up communication as required
- Participate in ongoing training and skills development

- Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow

Who this suits

Essential:

- 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing, sales, service, facilitation or communication-based role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable conducting one-to-one conversations
- Able to work within an established process

Desirable:

- Experience in client engagement, mentoring, facilitation or structured program delivery
- Experience communicating with people from different professional backgrounds
- Experience working with digital education, training or learning programs
