Are you a confident retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, building strong customer relationships and taking genuine ownership of a store's performance? We're currently partnering with a well-established, customer-focused business to recruit a Store Manager for their top-performing store in Wollongong.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, leading a small team and ensuring the store continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

- Remuneration package$75,000 (inclusive of Super) + OTE up to $40k
- Monthly performance-based bonus scheme with potential to earn up to approximately $40,000 additional
- Choose your roster! Five-day working week with options including Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
