- Standard Consult $86
- Long Consult $130
- Existing patient base
- Mixed billing
- RN on at all times
- CDM Nurse
- 6 Consulting room
- Treatment room with 2 beds
- Procedure room
- 4+ patients per hour
- Allied Health on site
