Talent Flow are currently working with a global ServiceNow partner who are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead to design and oversea delivery for multiple Federal Government clients.

This is a strategic role for someone who combines deep platform expertise with the ability to design solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

- Lead solution design and architecture across the ServiceNow platform, balancing technical capability with stakeholder requirements
- Work with senior government stakeholders to articulate security, regulatory, and compliance considerations in solution delivery

Preferred Requirements

- NV1 security clearance (or above) already in place
- Broad, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with proven solution design and development capability




- Architect-level thinking with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and recommend approaches that meet security and regulatory requirements
- Solid communication skills and confidence engaging with C-suite and senior government stakeholders on technical strategy
- Experience working in or supporting Federal Government environments and understanding of government procurement and compliance frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow certifications at architect or advanced developer level
- Track record of leading ServiceNow implementations or major platform initiatives in regulated or government sectors
- Familiarity with Australian government security standards and compliance requirements (e.g. ISM, IRAP)
